Interested in Personal Training? Sick of training at "regular" gyms? The first thing that you will notice when you walk into Phoenix Fitness Central Coast is that we are not like other gyms. You won’t find rows of treadmills or spin bikes here.
What you will find is a gym where you are not just number but part of a community with simple, easy to use functional equipment and helpful friendly people who love what they do. We built our studio the way we think a training facility should be built, lots of air, awesome trainers who are ready to help you reach your goals; however here is the difference... It's always fun and different.
At Phoenix Fitness we believe that for personal training to be appealing it needs to be exciting, and 20 minutes on a treadmill, followed by 20 minutes bench pressing and barbell curling is not exciting. It’s downright boring! We also believe that variety is integral, so we built the only onsite-outdoor training facility on the Central Coast equipped with a rubberised training floor and chin up bars.
So not only do you get access to 30 classes at the gym each week, but you can also accelerate fitness by getting sandy with us at our Boot Camps sessions daily down at Avoca Beach. Boot Camps Australia members engage in a series of training sessions designed to increase core strength and stability, improve cardiovascular health and to tone and tighten the body. The training regimes are physically and mentally challenging and our members feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each session! Training with Boot Camps Australia encourages maximum results in minimum time – while having a great time and making new friends!
